I learned from making our PSA that in order to make a good video project you must plan each shot out very specifically and consider many variables. If you do not think deeply into each shot before shooting it becomes very hard to get them exactly how you want, or they might be impossible to shoot. Having the staff from MTN, John and Alex, was very helpful to my learning because they had a lot of great input and showed us all of the things that are needed to make a successful PSA. The most challenging part of the unit was getting all of the shots we wanted, it was also one of the most fun parts of the project but it takes a lot of planning to get each shot how you want it. I think the unit was very good, we were given the perfect amount of time to finish it, all the right tools to be able to complete it, a good timeline to help us finish on time, and very helpful people.

I think our psa is very effective because at the beginning it creates a humerous tone but at the end it changes very fast to very serious. I think it is effective in showing how serious of a problem texting and driving is. Oue psa is also not very long and i think it gets directly to the point.

I am pretty content with my groups draft because I think we took many shots of each shot we are doing so we have a variety of shots to chose from for our final PSA. I am a little disappointed because we did not have enough time with the camera to film a couple shots and we will have to do that after we are done with our draft. I am very excited to start editing and see how our shots turned out.
